• We take a non-refundable deposit which will secure the booking.
  • The remainder of the balance is then due 1 week before the event date. If the payment is not made, we have the right to cancel the order.
  • All hired items will be delivered and collected at agreed times made by both venue and Cavent Events Company Team.
  • All balloon designs are fitted and tied securely as possible, once final check is carried out by a member of the Cavents team, we are unable to guarantee that the balloons wont slip/fall or burst throughout the duration of the event. We do not accept liability for this.
  • All balloons are checked before collection to ensure they are in perfect condition. When collecting please ensure that you have space to transport them. Balloons should be kept out of direct sunlight and at room temperature. Please remember that while balloons are fun they are not a toy and can be a choking hazard- do not leave children unsupervised.
  • It is the lead contacts responsibility to ensure the equipment hired do not get lost, stolen, or damaged. If in a case of any of these are to occur the lead contact will be charged via invoice.
  • Throughout the duration of the event, the equipment hired remains property of Cavent Events Company.
  • All electrical pieces are PAT tested to UK regulations, Cavents are unable to take responsibility of any misuse to these goods during the hire period.
  • Cavent Events Company will take photos & video content for social media purposes of the set up. By booking with us you give permission for this.
